Refund policy

You may return any item from our catalog within 14 days of receipt of your purchase(excluding damaged or defective products*).

• Items must remain in their original condition (in the case of a batch, you must return the complete batch or you will not be reimbursed).
• They must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
• They must not have been used

We will then proceed with your refund (no exchanges will be made).

*If youreceive a faulty or damaged item, please use our contact form in the "Help & Contact" section ."Help and ContactWe will then let you know whether or not it is necessary to return the item.

Do I have to pay for the return?

• No. The return is at your expense.

How will I be reimbursed?

• Once we have received and checked your items, we will refund your order to the credit card used for purchase within 10 working days.

We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the item is no longer available for sale, or if it arrives broken or incomplete.
