Gender Equality Index 2023
NEW DURALEX INTERNATIONAL is committed to promoting equal opportunities and equal pay, and reaffirms its respect for the principle of non-discrimination between men and women. In accordance with legal requirements, we publish the Gender Equality Index, which is made up of 4 indicators that assess inequalities between women and men in companies: wage gaps, gaps in the distribution of individual raises, the proportion of employees receiving a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave, and the number of women and men among the ten highest earners.
